Raw Material Inspection

We require documents from raw material suppliers regarding their sources. For example, the recycled materials used by Yu Ching comply with GRS standards. Following ISO inspection standards, we conduct random or full inspections to assess the quality of raw materials from different suppliers.

Process Inspection

During the production process, we perform initial product inspections and compare them with the previous batch to ensure the stability of production quality. This helps eliminate defects in batches and prevents substandard products from entering the next process.

Final Product Inspection

For processed products, we conduct a final inspection to ensure they meet the required standards. Before the shipment, we ensure that packaging and transportation methods guarantee the safe and intact delivery of products to our clients.
